Every order ships direct from our fulfilment partners in the United States and Spain. We don’t ship from China — that’s why your tub arrives in days, not weeks.

United Kingdom & EU — 3–7 working days (free over £40)
United States — 2–5 working days
Australia & New Zealand — 7–14 working days
Canada — 5–10 working days
Rest of world — 7–21 working days

Orders placed before 2 pm UK time ship the same working day.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t see it, check spam or email shaun@primalsupplyco.com.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped within the destination region (UK→UK, US→US, EU→EU) there are no customs charges. For cross-region orders, any customs or import duty is the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or missing

If your tub arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll either replace it or refund you — your choice.
